About LG Tennis Lessons

Hello Everyone,

 

Thanks for stopping by and welcome to LG Tennis Lessons! I am a tennis coach here to teach ready-to-learn students how to play the game of tennis in the New Orleans area. I specialize in students whose NTRP is between 0 and 3.5, which basically means from someone who has not picked up a racquet to a weekend player.

About me:

I first picked up a racquet at the age of 7 and have yet to put it down. As a youth, my father often took me to public courts in New Orleans to help refine my skills. During summers, I enrolled in tennis camps playing on both hard and rubico surfaces. Since then I have won MVP honors during my junior year of high school. As a senior, I played against all the top ranked players in the Catholic league of New Orleans. I have also coached at the Gator Tennis Camp in Gainesville, Florida for youth from age 6 – 18. I also play in the USTA recreational flex leagues every few seasons.

I have been trained by the late great Judge Dennis Dannel, Diane Ross, my father, Marcos, Mark Haynes, Rev. Henry Davis, and Coach Lloyd of the Stern Tennis Center whose teachings have instilled in me to be a better player and now coach.
